The room was spacious for standards here. i found a washing machine and a drier in it. the location was amazing as well. Very central. it.

The television remote felt greasy. It was not clean either.

the location was superb and right in the middle of everything. i could walk to public transportation to catch a metro or bus. a short walk took me to the famous nishiki market.

The annex part of the hotel was very clean. The room included a free multi charger, which I found unexpectedly helpful. I also enjoyed the wide breakfast choice, and the menu changed daily. I appreciated the friendliness of the staff even when I spoke little Japanese. They tried their best to communicate and ensure I had a pleasant stay.

It was clean and the triple sharing room i booked had decent size. the hotel features a large public bathhouse, though i didn't use it. It made my travel lighter. family mart is right next door. I found it convenient for quick needs.

the tv had chrome cast, but it was somewhat laggy.
